airBaltic is taking digital spaneting to the next level to meet its ambitious business and corporate targets. We are now seeking new talents who want to excel in building targeted and segmented communications across the companys direct channels by using the most advanced digital tools.
We will entrust you toDevelop email automation strategies for communication with airBaltic passengers with the purpose of increasing the sales of additional services (baggage, seat reservation, meal pre-order etc.)
Create content for transactional email communication with passengers and special sales campaigns
Work with a sophisticated direct spaneting platform by creating email templates, segmenting target audiences and sending out the campaigns
Conduct A/B tests, analyse the results and optimize campaigns in order to meet the company’s goals and digital spaneting KPIs
What you will need to succeedHigher education or final-year student in E-commerce, Marketing or another related field
Excellent knowledge of English and Latvian language and good copywriting skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions in order to boost sales performance
Attention to details and accuracy
Experience with email spaneting platforms and basic HTML knowledge will be considered as an advantage
Up-to-date knowledge of spaneting trends and best practices
