$40.59-$45.10/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop course content, instructional materials, and learning objectives for electrical skills training.

• Conduct learning requirements analysis to ensure training meets operational and performance needs.

• Deliver classroom and lab-based instruction to technicians, ensuring content accuracy and engagement.

• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance outcomes.

• Conduct workplace coaching to improve individual and team performance.

• Collaborate with business partners to identify and address development opportunities.

• Deploy development tools and monitor implementation for effectiveness.

• Maintain a professional and safe learning environment in alignment with company policies.

• Test and prepare delivery environments by verifying equipment, tools, and system access requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years related work experience; OR Master’s degree and 4+ years related work experience; OR 10+ years equivalent experience.

• Experience Required:

  • Electrical systems and troubleshooting.

  • Instruction/training delivery (leading groups, facilitating courses, coaching).

  • Course development and instructional design.
