Summary and Objective

Engine Planner assists the Maintenance department in providing the necessary maintenance resources and record keeping that is required to increase plant productivity.

Essential functions

  • Identify and prioritize multiple projects and perform work with a constant awareness of improving processes.
  • Preparation of reports, metrics, and other tracking tools will allow this employee to succeed.
  • Forecast and coordinate a schedule.
  • Produce a maintenance schedule or a fuel plan.
  • Overseeing the execution of your plan or schedule.
  • Evaluating proposals for the expansion or updating of your schedule.
  • Monitoring any inconsistencies and making adjustments to improve efficiency.
  • Reporting on progress and any issues that emerge.
  • Providing technical support to Maintenance Control
  • Filing warranty claims with Power/AUX Advantage, MSP, ESP, JSSI

Job Requirements:

Required education and experience

  • High School diploma or Equivalent
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certification 
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States, must provide two forms of Federal Identification.  
  • Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check prior to employment. This includes verification of previous employment, education, criminal history, and any other relevant information necessary to determine the suitability for the position. 

Preferred education and experience

  • · Aviation experience with a strong background in turbine engines
  • · Experience with CAMP, VERYON, MS EXCEL, WORD, CORRIDOR
  • · Experience with Cessna Citation series aircraft
  • · Experience with Pratt & Whitney, Honeywell, Rolls Royce, Williams International engines and APU’s
