Boeing’s Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is seeking an Experienced Enterprise Food Service Analyst to join the Enterprise Food Services team in Tukwila, WA or Renton, WA.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite one of the listed locations.
The Enterprise Food Service Analyst supports the management and administration of multi-site food service contracts and supplier relationships. This role monitors contract compliance, processes and validates invoices, coordinates supplier performance activities, conducts routine audits, and supports process improvement and project efforts. The position operates with moderate latitude for problem-solving, routinely collaborates with cross-functional teams (facilities, procurement, operations, finance, and site leadership), and ensures consistent, compliant, and cost-conscious food service delivery across assigned sites.
Primary Responsibilities
Monitor and administer an assigned portfolio of food service contracts: track compliance, maintain contract documentation, and log key performance indicators for assigned sites.
Serve as an operational business contact for food service suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve service issues and remove routine barriers to supplier performance.
Process, validate, and route supplier invoices; work with Accounts Payable and procurement to resolve discrepancies and support timely payment.
Conduct routine supplier audits and site reviews to verify contract compliance, basic food safety and quality practices, pricing, and performance metrics; document findings and track corrective actions to closure.
Support and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing food service quality, controlling cost, and standardizing menu or operational practices across sites; may manage smaller projects or workstreams.
Prepare and maintain Statements of Work (SOW), scopes, schedules, and pricing information for renewals or site-level changes under guidance from senior analysts or procurement.
Use data collection and basic trend analysis to identify opportunities for operational improvement; prepare summaries and present options to management.
Facilitate cross-functional coordination to validate and deploy process updates; assist in developing training materials and deliver site-level training as needed.
Maintain configuration control for contract and process documents for assigned sites; ensure records meet audit and compliance requirements.
Support budget monitoring and provide input for short-term planning related to food service spend for assigned locations.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Accounting, Supplier Management)
Experience communicating across organizations with suppliers and leadership
Experience analyzing data to extract insights for strategic decision-making and planning
Experience using project management methodologies, including developing project plans, performance management, and managing issues and risks
Able to travel up to 25 domestically
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
2+ years of experience in contract administration, supplier coordination, or food service operations; experience in multi-site or enterprise programs preferred.
Familiarity with catering & vending operations, POS reconciliation, and basic food service inventory processes.
Working knowledge of food safety standards and basic regulatory requirements (preferred).
Demonstrated experience processing invoices, supporting supplier audits, and tracking supplier performance.
Proficient with contract management systems, procurement processes, and common business tools (e.g., Excel, reporting tools).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to influence site-level suppliers and stakeholders.
Experience supporting project scopes, schedules, and budgets or leading smaller workstreams.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $92,650 - $125,350
