Position Responsibilities:
Assists in the preparation, coordination, scheduling and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards
Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans
Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case
Gathers, organizes and provides data to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance
Supports the coordination and communication to ensure commitment to stakeholders
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Berkeley, MO.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Experience in change management, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, or Business Operations
Experience using Microsoft Project
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis
Experience using Open Plan Professional
Experience using Milestone Professional
