About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry-Level Aviation Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to build a career in aviation recruiting. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates while supporting hiring managers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and engage candidates through phone calls, texts, video calls, and online platforms.

Maintain candidate records in our CRM/ATS system with accuracy and attention to detail.

Coordinate interviews, candidate updates, and client communications.

Create and manage recruiting trackers using Excel and Word.

Provide timely updates to candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Support the recruiting team with administrative and organizational tasks.
Requirements:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable engaging with candidates via phone, text, and video call.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Ability to learn and work within CRM/ATS platforms.
