Target salary range: $85,000 - $115,000.00
The ERP Data Analyst ensures the accuracy, accessibility, and strategic use of Epicor ERP data to drive performance, compliance, and operational efficiency across an aerospace manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Empower operational and leadership teams with clean, actionable ERP data to support continuous improvement and compliance efforts.
ERP Data Management
- Act as subject matter expert on Epicor ERP (Kinetic preferred) data structures, tables, and processes
- Monitor and maintain data integrity across key modules: Manufacturing, Inventory, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Engineering
- Support accurate ERP transactions for work orders, routings, BOMs, labor, inventory, purchasing, and costing
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and root cause issues
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and automate Epicor BAQs, dashboards, KPIs, and reports
- Deliver reports for production, financial, and executive-level use, including scrap, rework, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery
- Respond to ad hoc data requests and conduct deep-dive performance analysis
Cross-Functional Support & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to identify data and reporting needs
- Translate business needs into ERP-based analytics and reporting solutions
- Contribute to ERP upgrades, enhancements, testing, and UAT
- Use data to support continuous improvement and trend analysis initiatives
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure ERP data aligns with AS9100, ITAR, DFARS, and related aerospace compliance requirements
- Maintain clear documentation of data standards, reporting logic, and ERP process flows
- Provide traceable data for internal and external audits
Qualifications:
- Federal Law requires U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of Epicor ERP data analysis in a manufacturing environment (Kinetic preferred)
- Deep understanding of manufacturing operations: work orders, BOMs, routings, inventory, labor
- Proficient in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling)
- Hands-on experience with Epicor BAQ development, dashboards, and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, SSRS, or related reporting tools
- Involvement in ERP implementations or major system upgrades
- Familiarity with standard costing, variance analysis, and manufacturing KPIs
- Understanding of AS9100, ITAR, and government contract reporting requirements
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
Occasional movement within a manufacturing environment, including exposure to noise, equipment, and varying temperatures
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
Must wear required PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes)
