Success in this role requires a proactive, strategic, and highly trusted partnership with the Vice President. The Executive Assistant must operate as an extension of the VP, anticipating needs before they arise and proactively prepare solutions, removing obstacles, plan ahead for meetings, travel and decisions to ensure the VP is always prepared, and ensuring seamless execution across all priorities.
Key Requirements & attributes
• Proven experience supporting senior executives (VP or above)
• Experience managing complex, global calendars and travel arrangements
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and maintain flexibility outside standard working hours
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
