Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Experienced Procurement Analyst (Level 3) to join our Structures Supply Chain Operations team in Everett, Washington.

The Supply Chain Primary Structures team is hiring! We are looking for candidates with a supply chain background who are ready to support management of suppliers throughout the North America and Europe region. As a Procurement Analyst you will support the team in managing, organizing and analyzing the data required to successfully deliver complex work packages in a dynamic environment. As part of this team you will have the opportunity to work with internal stakeholders to deliver world class products in support of our airline customers and the flying public.

We are looking for a detail-oriented problem-solver. Be a part of meaningful change, as we examine and evolve our procurement processes, deploy training content to the Procurement Agent community, and establish organizational compliance measurements. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of technical knowledge and aptitude of customer service.

Procurement Analysts develop, analyze and maintain processes, tools, information and industry best practices in support of Supplier Management and procurement processes including self-governance or compliance, process performance, measurement and improvement, training and supply-base management, supply chain planning and optimization. They will design, extract, analyze and prepare reports, as well as determine and report compliance to internal/external requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for helping manage the daily activities and deliverables required to ensure the supply chain operations is fully integrated with its respective stakeholders. This is a key role in ensuring our supply chain operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with the overall goals of the organization.

Position Responsibilities:   

  • Defines, designs, plans, and deploys internal/external projects.

  • Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.

  • Extracts, analyzes, and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan.

  • Develops, documents, and implements processes and systems in support of company goals.

  • Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows.

  • Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.

  • Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders.

  • Develops risk mitigation plan.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • 1+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership

  • 1+ years of experience in a role requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services

  • 3+ years of experience working in cross functional teams

  • Bachelor’s degree

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically, 6 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Summary pay range: $82,000 – $110,000
