Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Experienced Product Acceptance Specialist – Customer Coordinator (Level C) to support the Quality Team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Verifies product conformance to design requirements

  • Provides objective evidence of results

  • Validates work instructions, tooling requirements, certifications, process standards, policies and procedures

  • Identifies and documents discrepancies and segregates and controls non-conforming items

  • Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance

  • Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification

  • Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action

This position is expected to be 100 onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Boeing South Carolina (BSC).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Must be able to work second shift

  • Must be able to work weekends and over time

  • 5+ years of Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience

  • Ability to obtain Confined Space and Fall Protection training and certifications

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of quality experience

  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, PowerPoint)

  • 3+ years of experience working with Velocity, REDARS, and Supplier Documents

  • 3+ years of experience with the following types of hand tools (calipers, digital optical micrometers, depth gages, thread gages, go no go gages, etc.)

Typical Education/Experience: 
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years related work, Bachelor, etc.).

Relocation:
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Summary pay range: $53,550 - $72,450
