Skills You Bring To this Role:
- Ability to prioritize work, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a team player mindset.
- Excellent communicator - must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal and external suppliers, and brief leaders/customers.
- Working knowledge of aircraft production methodologies, demand management, inventory and warehousing, and data management.
- Must have strong working knowledge of the following Software Tools – Excel, SharePoint, SAP, ENOVIA, PPM.
What you need to be successful:
· Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Logistics, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business Administration, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 2 years of experience in the aerospace industry required. Experience in Project Management, Business Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
- Knowledge of Program or Project Management and Contracts Management principles and best practices preferred.
- Prior experience with Military Programs and Proposals are recommended.
- Knowledge and prior experience in current Bell Centers of Excellence related to processes, capabilities, and Manufacturing Execution System or experience in military program financial management is recommended.
