As a Composite Fabricator / Technician, you will be responsible for supporting production by performing composite lay-up, assembly, and fabrication operations in accordance with engineering specifications and safety standards. You will set up and operate fabrication machinery, prepare tooling, and ensure all components meet quality and dimensional requirements. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to work instructions, and the ability to collaborate with production teams to meet schedule and quality objectives.

* Composite fabrication experience.
* Experience performing machine operations.
* Ability to follow detailed work instructions.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* High School Diploma or GED.
* Ability to work variable 1st and 2nd shift schedules on a 4/10 schedule.
* Ability to work 100% onsite.
* Ability to successfully complete one week of classroom training.
* Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance. Preferred Skills
