ROLE OBJECTIVE:
The Finance Business Partner shall be a business partner to Operations and be responsible for profitability analysis of aircraft
programs.
Essential Responsibilities
a) Liaise with Production on progress of programs to date and forecast to complete.
b) Manage and track each program spend in labor cost, materials, and factory overheads.
c) Work with Production to forecast balance to spend to program completion.
d) Good understanding of job order creation in WIP, contractual progressive billings, accounts receivables, unbilled
receivables > Total Customer Exposure Reporting
e) Track program status to ensure timely progressive billing per contractual terms.
f) Liaise with Production to accrual revenue and costs based on percentage of completion for month end closing.
g) Prepare Gross Profit Report by Customers, by Job Order by utilizing SAP COPA (Controlling & Profitability Analysis)
report and aircraft additional indices source from Planning.
h) Responsible for all conversion programs revenue related reporting to management and Corporate
i) Perform customer credit evaluation in accordance with corporate policy and propose credit limit for management
approval.
j) Main POC to work with Corporate on data warehouse projects.
k) Participate and support year end external audit requirements.
l) Support any ad-hoc analysis that maybe assign by Financial Controller
Deliverables
a) Collaborate with Production to monitor and track program financial performance.
b) Proactively highlight risks and concerns and financial impact to management

EXPERIENCE
The Finance Business Partner should have minimum of 3 years of cost and management accounting experience within the
aerospace or manufacturing industry (preferred but not a must). Be versatile, good communication skills and have an analytical,
inquiring, and commercial mind. Able to embrace technology for productivity. The incumbent is to expect a fast-paced working
environment and collaboration with Marketing, Planning and Operations. Experience working in a cross-cultural environment
would be considered favorably.
