Horizon Aviation is a busy Part 141 & Part 61 flight school in New England. We have locations in Warwick, Rhode Island and in Norwood, Massachusetts. We are seeking a Friday-Monday Manager to split time between our Warwick and Norwood locations. This role is perfect for someone excited about aviation seeking a predictable part-time position. Overtime is available to cover other shifts during weekdays when needed.

Job Description:
- Greet customers
- Answer phones and direct call to proper person
- Field questions about flight training
- Schedule flights for customers
- Process new student enrollment
- Dispatch and receive flights. Ensure dispatch compliance with regulations and company policies
- Order and receive supplies
- Ship/receive items
- Complete management reports
- Track introductory flights and completions so that letters can be sent
- Ensure payment of Accounts Receivable
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
- Prepare and send out info packets/career packets
- Clean office spaces
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation & Benefits:
- This is a salaried, non-exempt position scheduled 4 days/week. Pay range is $38,000 - $47,000 per year depending on experience.
- There are six paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

- Health Insurance. After successful completion of a two-calendar month probationary period, the employee is eligible to participate in the company health insurance plan. The company will contribute 50% of the employee’s monthly premium up to a maximum monthly contribution not to exceed $300 by the company
- Relocation reimbursement. After successful completion of a three-calendar month probationary period, the employee may submit eligible relocation expenses for reimbursement up to a maximum of $2,000.
- Paid Time Off is accrued at 4% of hours worked
- PTO blackout dates are June 15 through August 31st of each summer
