We are searching for a deteailed and dependable General Administrative Clerk to support day-to-day clerical functions within our fast-paced airline catering operation. This temporary role plays a key part in ensuring smooth administrative workflows across departments such as Operations, Logistics, and Production. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a time-sensitive and fast-paced environment! 

• Position type: Temporary/Contract until the end of the year
• Work location: onsite at our Sky Chefs facility on the grounds of George Bush Intercontinental Airport 
• Work schedule: 40 hours / week business days

• Provide clerical support across multiple departments including Operations, Billing, and Quality Assurance
• Assist with basic administrative tasks including preparing documents, correspondence, and reports
• Respond to internal requests and inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer service and timely responses
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support daily catering operations, billing cycles and issues and quality assurance support
• Communicate effectively with external customers and vendors and internal leadership and team members
• Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and responding to emails
• Use internal systems to record information, pull reports, etc... 
• Assist with other administrative projects or duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years experience in a clerical, administrative, or operations support role required 
• Prior experience in a food production, logistics, or airline catering environment is a plus
• Tech saavy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); SAP knowledge a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills and customer service attitude
• Ability to work independently and under time constraints
