Human Resources Business Analyst POSITION SUMMARY: The Human Resources Business Analyst will collaborate with HR and the broader organization to support, solve, implement, and optimize Piper’s HR applications within Sage, PACT, and FactoryTrack. They will be responsible for data analytics, data integrity, system integration support, and system testing within the Sage human capital systems and PACT. This position will develop quality and creative content with the goal of building employee culture, connection, and compliance. This position will facilitate, develop, and improve integrated systems; HRMS, HR Actions, KnowledgeSync, and all communication platforms for all employees for the overall purpose of ensuring that employees are familiar with Piper’s mission, culture, goals, policies, and expectations. They will also collaborate across the organization to foster an integrated Leadership team through training, promotional announcements, Piper World, Piper Vision, Piper’s Active Communication Tool (PACT) and other modes of communication. The HR Business Analyst will write and produce a wide range of policies, procedures, and materials and will coordinate with internal clients to facilitate system rollouts, events, collaboration sessions, and training. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Supports the deployment of human resources software solutions for the human capital management initiatives of the organization, while partnering with Human Resources and business partners to ensure success. Serves as technical liaison and assists in the design and integration of policies, systems procedures, databases, and software. Develops, modifies, and supports human resources automation and provides timely and accurate updates to all systems. Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches. Develops strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business processes and needs. Assists in identifying process improvements between systems to streamline workload. Gathers reporting requirements and builds query reports to support day-to-day business needs. Executes the performance management process and leads the calibration process. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong, effective professional relationships and to work well independently and as part of a team. Ability to learn and execute complex workflow procedures. Ability to manage time effectively, assess priorities, work gracefully under pressure, be flexible, and manage projects through to their successful completion with attention to detail and quality. Create and edit impactful and engaging HR and general content for employees that effectively describes and promotes programs and initiatives in support of the organizations goals and culture, including blogs, regularly scheduled HR-led events, new initiatives, and policy updates. Work with HR business process owners to effectively write, edit, and disseminate new policies, updates to existing policies, and SOPs. Brainstorm, develop, and lead any necessary training related policy compliance. Ensure organization-wide communication messaging and materials are high quality, accurate, appropriate for the audience and integrated with the Sr. Human Resources Manager on Employee Engagement, Talent Management and Piper’s priorities and themes. Identify communication opportunities to share within HR team and broader organization to foster team and organization-wide culture. Act as point person for HR content on the PACT intranet. Partner with business process owners to ensure content is up-to-date, engaging, and informative. |
