Job Description SummaryWe are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide comprehensive HR support to managers and employees at a local level. As an HRBP, you will offer expert advice on various HR matters, including leadership, performance management, competency development, rehabilitation, work environment, and negotiations. This role requires a broad HR perspective, focusing on aligning HR practices with organizational goals.

This is a temporary position that will cover a parental leave. The assignment is expected to commence preferably no later than the first week of September 2023 and will last approximately 12 to 14 months. Part-time applicants are encouraged to apply.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide local HR support to the organization, addressing a wide range of HR issues.
  • Assist managers in overcoming their daily operational leadership challenges.
  • Support compensation and benefits processes within the organization.
  • Contribute to salary and performance reviews.
  • Take responsibility for general HR tasks, including pension and insurance administration, as well as managing HR systems.
  • Document guidelines, procedures, and processes related to HR.
  • Lead HR projects and handle internal and external HR-related communications.
  • Ensure compliance with Swedish labor law and guide managers on labor law matters.

Requirements:

  • Hold a university degree in an appropriate academic field or possess equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in Swedish labor law.
  • Have 3-4 years of work experience in the field of HR.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication in Swedish and English.
