Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are effectively communicated and applied.
Provide verification of employment letters and timely responses to unemployment claims.
Track employee attendance, leave requests, and maintain HR documentation compliance.
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including pre-employment documentation and exit interviews.
Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews for technical roles.
Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communications.
Track daily labor assignments and address real-time staffing needs.
Administer the company’s FAA-compliant DOT drug and alcohol testing program.
Coordinate and ensure compliance with testing and reporting requirements.
Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage HR documentation and office tasks.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and efficient use of workplace technologies.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or recruiting.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
Familiarity with DOT and FAA drug and alcohol testing regulations is a strong plus.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
