We are looking for an HR Digital Specialist to join our HR Services team in Airbus Portugal!

Responsibilities - your mission

You will be supporting the WorkdayTalent department. You will be responsible to: 

  • Prepare the executions of the HR campaigns that compose Airbus HR People tempo notably: Performance and Goals, Competence Assessments, Development Talks and Team reviews:

    • Eligibility rules updates

    • Coordination with the respective HR departments incl. Comms and Change to ensure a fluid flow of communications towards the various actors (employees, managers, HR partners…)

    • Templates reviews and other changes

  • Execute the campaigns

    • Launch of the various steps of campaigns in the tool Workday

    • Notifications and reminders at key steps of the campaigns

    • Surveillance plan to secure that key controls are in place and monitored

    • Reassignment of tasks in case of management chain changes

  • Monitor

    • Monitor the overall performance and effectiveness of the HR solutions including processes and tools and Provide KPIs and ad hoc analysis

  • Lessons Learned

    • Contribute to Return of Experience sessions and make recommendation for improvements

    • Liaise regularly with HR Communications and Change in order to align on key messages and proper updates of tool notifications

  • Strong team spirit, open and ability to communicate and work fully remotely with team based on different locations and out of hierarchical mindset (trust-based setup)

  • Interest in technology and IT tools

  • Knowledge on Workday Talent is a strong plus

  • Google Suite tools knowledge is a plus

  • Negotiation level of English
