HR Operations Administrator; Crawley; 10 month contract; 12.21 per hr PAYE; Inside IR35

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a leading defence client based in Crawley as an HR Operations Administrator. The purpose of this role is to deliver timely, accurate and robust information and transactions to the HR function, managers and employees to support the delivery of UK business and HR strategy. The role will involve supporting onboarding of employees in to the business including sending contracts, completing right to work checks, job changes, sending onboarding paperwork to complete and other admin tasks as well as mail merges, dealing with subject access requests and managing the company car scheme.

- Other teams within HR Operations (Employee relations team, Business Analyst, Payroll, L&D)
- HR Centre of Excellence Leads and Delivery teams particularly Resourcing & C&B

Key Tasks:
- Provide consistent, effective and value-adding service to employees, managers and HR for the full range of HR transactional and administrative support from the HR Shared Service Centre (HRSSC).
- Working with customers and key stakeholders continually to monitor and improve customer and end user satisfaction
- Manage all aspects of customer contact and HR transactions through case management, telephone, Ask HR and Instant Chat enquiries in accordance with operating protocols, KPIs and SLAs.
- Working with key stakeholders continually to improve efficiency, simplicity and excellence in delivery
- Ensuring that HR processes are managed appropriately and effectively to minimise business impact
- Act as a role model for the HR function, actively promoting and supporting the UK people strategy and ensuring appropriate channels are utilised
- Work closely with the HR PMO and HR Support teams to feed into, take part of and ensure delivery and implementation of all project Einstein activity.
- Demonstrating their specific contribution to the business through agreed metrics and KPIs
- Acting as an advocate for Company values at all times and ensuring others act as role models within the function
- Working as part of an integrated and collaborative HR function that is focussed on driving business success

- Previous administration or customer service experience
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office tools

- Experienced user of Workday
- Working towards CIPD qualification or a recognised Customer Services / Operations qualification

Qualifications:
Essential
- Educated to A level standard or equivalent
- Good GCSEs in English and Mathematics
