We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to improve and streamline our HR administrative processes while ensuring compliance and accuracy in personnel documentation. You will identify risks, drive digitalization, and implement data-driven improvements to enhance overall HR efficiency.
We will entrust you toAssess and document HR administrative processes, including personnel records management, document flows, and information exchange
Analyze HR processes to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement and digitalization
Ensure personnel documentation and processes comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
Develop and implement procedures for the proper handling, circulation, and storage of personnel documents
Evaluate the effectiveness of HR processes and propose data-driven improvements
What you will need to succeedBachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a large-scale organization
Strong knowledge of HR administrative processes and procedures
Good understanding of employment law and applicable statutory requirements
Ability to analyze and evaluate HR processes, document workflows, and information management systems to ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements
Proven ability to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within HR processes
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR/personnel management systems; familiarity with AI tools is an advantage
Excellent Latvian and English communication skills, both written and spoken
