Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Recruitment Administrative (Maternity Leave Cover) to join our Airbus GBS in Lisbon and help us find the best talent to join Airbus.
Responsibilities - your mission
You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team. Among our responsibilities, we support the recruitment process for Early Careers Programmes in the UK, and manage referral schemes within Airbus core countries (UK, Spain, France and Germany).
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Screen and shortlist candidates against job requirements to support the initial selection process.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and Hiring Managers, ensuring timely confirmation of attendance.
Support Assessment Center logistics, including candidate invitations, preparing materials, and identifying internal assessors.
Make employment offers to selected candidates as directed by the recruiter.
Provide timely feedback to candidates and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders.
Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (in-house recruitment database) with accurate candidate progress.
Monitor and manage shared recruitment mailboxes, addressing queries professionally and promptly.
Support continuous improvement by identifying and suggesting efficiencies for recruitment administrative processes.
Provide accurate information on recruitment status whenever requested.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
1 year of previous experience with recruitment or Human resources related activities, specially administrative tasks is mandatory;
Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets;
English at Negotiation level is a must;
Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the usage of new tools, such as Workday, Data Studio, Google Workspace and others.
Experience working in an international/multicultural environment is an advantage.
Team player but willing to take individual responsibility for their own perimeter.
Excellent communication and influencing skills
