Responsibilities:
Guide managers and employees on performance management, workplace conditions, and professional development.
Ensure adherence to local labor laws and safety regulations within the German context.
Lead and oversee recruitment processes, focusing on operational roles to meet organizational needs.
Align HR policies and procedures with the organization’s strategic goals.
Coordinate employee training programs and occupational risk assessments for continuous growth and safety.
Manage employee relations by addressing workplace challenges and fostering a positive work environment.
Analyze HR metrics such as turnover and absenteeism to propose performance improvement actions.
Collaborate on group-wide initiatives for employee engagement, well-being programs, and leadership development.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Support cooperation with the company’s works council, including agenda setting and minutes.
Enforce workplace discipline and prepare HR reports for the local and broader groups.
Requirements:
A minimum of 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a production or manufacturing environment.
A university degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
Fluent in English and preferably Polish and German.
Understanding of German labor laws, including occupational health and safety regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software; experience with data analysis is advantageous.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills adaptable to diverse cultural environments.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, solution-oriented with independent work capabilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, with a collaborative mindset working effectively in a multicultural team.
