Starting Pay Rate: $39.30-$43.65 per hour
Summary:
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a seasoned Human Resource Generalist to partner with a leading aerospace innovator in Seattle, WA. This full-time, 3-month consulting opportunity plays a vital role in advancing workforce strategies, supporting employees across all levels, and strengthening HR operations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your work will directly impact the success of teams driving technological excellence in aerospace — making you an essential part of shaping both organizational culture and operational performance.
What You’ll Do:
As a trusted HR partner, you’ll provide strategic and operational support across multiple business units. You’ll act as a consultant to leaders and employees, ensuring HR practices align with company goals while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
Key responsibilities include:
Deploying and administering HR programs, policies, and processes across the organization.
Supporting multiple ET&T HR organizations and serving as an HR Business Partner across the Puget Sound region.
Partnering with leadership to design and implement effective workforce strategies that meet evolving business needs.
Driving people and talent initiatives that enhance performance, engagement, and retention.
Conducting employee relations investigations, managing case tracking, and providing guidance on corrective actions.
Consulting with management on staff selection and organizational planning.
Analyzing staffing, diversity, and talent management performance to develop proactive, data-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of HR Business Partner or generalist experience in a large, multinational, or enterprise organization.
Previous experience required — familiarity with internal systems, processes, and structure.
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Prior experience supporting both unionized and non-unionized workforces.
Experience developing and executing HR programs that drive engagement and operational excellence.

Pay Details: $39.30 to $43.65 per hour
