The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Human Resource (HR) Operations organization is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team! Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Mid-Level generalists to find the best fit for these positions.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR Generalists (HRGs), Centers of Excellence (COEs), employees, and managers to drive business value, enhance the employee experience, and ensure the successful delivery of HR programs and services. Key responsibilities include managing special projects, supporting critical HR processes, and promoting cross-functional HR collaboration to align with organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strategic insight to proactively lead initiatives that meet business needs while maintaining efficient execution. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential, along with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
This position can be based in any of the following locations: Plano, TX; North Charleston, SC; Dallas, TX; San Antonio, TX; Miami, FL; Jacksonville, FL; Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO; Mesa, AZ; Everett, WA; Renton, WA; Seattle, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide daily support to the BGS HR Operations team to align, connect, and coordinate business and HR activities
Support and collaborate the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. Annual Compensation Review (ACR), succession planning, executive movement, talent management, etc.)
Utilize dashboards and metrics to analyze data, support business needs, and inform decision-making processes
Communicate effectively with HR peers and leaders regarding HR actions, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals
Ensure HR solutions are consistent with organizational objectives and goals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
Drive the implementation of HR initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges, fostering a proactive approach to problem-solving
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business priorities
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
1+ years of experience utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
1+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects
1+ years of experience managing metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and leaders across functions
Experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product

Summary pay range for Associate (Level 2): $65,450 - $103,000
Summary pay range for Experienced (Level 3): $81,600 – $129,000
