Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $42.30/hour
About the Role
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team in partnership with a leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and culture champion—helping to shape the employee experience while driving organizational success.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a strategic partner to senior site leadership, aligning HR programs with business goals.
Champion a culture based on Safety, Trust, Respect, Accountability, Collaboration, and Innovation.
Coach and mentor managers and employees, supporting leadership development.
Play a key role in succession planning and talent pipeline development.
Provide data-driven HR insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment efforts.
Apply process improvement methodologies to optimize HR processes.
Lead and support special projects that contribute to organizational growth and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field and 7+ years of progressively responsible HR experience; OR an advanced degree with 5+ years of HR experience.
Experience supporting an hourly workforce within a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to serve as a trusted HR Business Partner, advisor, and employee advocate.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
Experience in a non-union manufacturing environment.
Success working within a large, matrixed organization.
Strong track record leading change initiatives with measurable results.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
HRIS proficiency (Workday preferred), strong analytical skills, and Microsoft Office expertise.
Project management experience with on-time, on-budget delivery.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

Pay Details: $42.30 per hour
