Human Resources System Analyst – Drive HR Technology Excellence in a Leading Aerospace EnvironmentPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources System Analyst to support a leader in the aerospace industry. This full-time, onsite consulting role in Hazelwood, MO offers the opportunity to apply your HR systems expertise to high-impact projects that keep critical business operations running smoothly.
About the RoleIn this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert for HR systems and processes, partnering closely with business teams to troubleshoot issues, manage system access, analyze data, and support audit activities. Your technical acuity and problem-solving abilities will directly enhance data integrity, user experience, and overall HR operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do• Provide HR system and business process expertise to partners and internal teams
• Coordinate small-scale projects and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues
• Evaluate and process complex HR user access requests
• Assist with internal and external HR audits through detailed fact-finding
• Maintain and update process documentation for HR system applications
• Analyze data discrepancies to ensure accurate system usage and compliance
• Conduct system testing to validate functionality and data integrity
• Coordinate and execute large-volume HR transactions following established policies
• Create and run error queries to audit system activity and identify potential issues
Required Qualifications• 2+ years of Workday experience
• Experience with Workday Security
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Worklife
• Background in HR systems analysis or HR operations
• Education or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant work, or an advanced degree with 4+ years, or 10+ years of related professional experience
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications• Experience with Workday EIB (Enterprise Integration Builder) for mass updates
• Prior involvement in system testing, audits, or large-volume HR transactions
• Ability to analyze complex data and recommend effective resolutions
