We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic Business Systems Team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in traditional business analysis, along with a strong track record in collaborating and contributing to Business Transformation Initiatives. The role demands a dynamic, flexible, strategic thinker who excels in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and playing a pivotal role in implementing primarily Agile methodologies for project tracking and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on performance data analysis, presentation, and business model support.
  • Understand business needs to develop technology-based solutions aligned with initiatives like process improvement, automation, and reengineering.
  • Facilitate meetings for requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement via interviews, workshops, surveys, and prototyping.
  • Translate conceptual user requirements into detailed functional requirements, managing communication and prioritization with business and delivery teams.
  • Drive requirements management throughout the solution delivery lifecycle, including business case, scope documentation, and process flows.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and training, documenting processes to identify efficiency improvements.
  • Engage with developers and business partners to achieve stakeholder requirements.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Office 365, SQL Server, TSQL, and Azure DevOps.
  • Proficient in utilizing a range of SaaS systems and cloud applications.
  • Capability to quickly adapt to new software/cloud applications or technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in IT Business Analysis and Business Transformation Projects.
  • Proficiency in SCRUM and other agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and visualization skills.
  • Excellent communication capabilities, self-starter, and able to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to precisely follow directions and guidelines, adapting to varying project needs.
  • A willingness to work extended hours as needed to meet critical deadlines and support project completion.

Preferred Skills:

  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to grasp new business areas and technologies.
  • Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
