In your role, you will

•    Support the employee/contractors onboarding day to day IT issues and work closely with business and IT stakeholders to identify the gaps

•    Collect essential information pertaining to employee onboarding issues (within SuccessFactors) and perform analysis to identify gaps and escalate to the management when necessary

•    Prepare well documented plans to address gaps/challenges/ inefficiencies in the processes for onboarding and recommend improvements 
•    Provide inputs on technology platform implementation (example, SuccessFactors, or others) while working closely with support groups
•    Provide regular and complete status on the reported issues by generating reports using Service Now or PowerBI
•    Identify improvements and performance gap assessments in overall process
•    Support and own other deliverables as identified by the team
•    Help in developing and maintaining the Key performance indicators

As our ideal candidate

•    You have 4-6 years’ work experience in highly diverse environment
•    You have good understanding of ITIL and Service Now platform, along with SuccessFactors and Sailpoint
•    You have relevant experience in working with enterprise organizations
•    You have a degree or diploma in a relevant field of Information Technology or relevant experience 
•    You have excellent communication skills in both French and English 
•    You have excellent customer service skills with a key focus on helping end users
•    You have strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to learn quickly in a changing environment
•    You have good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community
