This position is for Parker Hannifin’s Composite Sealing Systems Division, located in San Diego (Otay Mesa), California.
The Business Analyst defines, configures, tests, trains and supports business-related information technology requirements and systems. Collaborating with Corporate, Group, and Division subject matter experts and 3rd party IT vendors, they lead directly, or co-lead, single technology or regional IT projects to deliver the most efficient technology and data solutions across the division. This role is accountable for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet stakeholders’ expectations.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of business process and procedures to effectively identify and implement IT solutions that drive operational excellence.
Engage with key business partners to:
identify and validate opportunities
ensure alignment with business strategies
define functional area roadmap
Lead project teams that perform analysis of potential solutions based on business requirements, offer recommendations, and collaborates with users and peers to provide functional and technical support.
Contribute to and/or lead project teams that are developing or modifying highly complex information solutions.
Engage with stakeholders to develop roadmap for core divisional digital solutions and to optimize divisional reporting capabilities.
Develop and implement data quality improvement projects.
Build reporting and visualization competency throughout the division.
Follows established safety and environmental policies, procedures and methods applicable to the work area.
Performs other duties as necessary.

Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for California. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as spanet and business considerations. Pay Range: $93,195 annually - $155,514 annually.
