Core Responsibilities:
- Support all PC workstations throughout the organization and provide technical support to the user
- Lead PC replacement plan project for local division(s)
- Support local telephone and voicemail system.
- Daily maintenance and problem resolution via Corporate Helpdesk, operating system patches and software upgrades, and routine hardware configuration.
- Participate in key projects related to security, OS upgrades, active directory and other network/data center improvements in compliance with IT security standards and policies.
- Able to assess current needs and requirements and develop roadmap for solution(s).
- Support the end user with Office 365 & MFA application(s).
- Create / Disable Active Directory accounts and e-Mail accounts
Qualifications:
- Strong project management and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task on a wide variety of duties and projects
- Self-starter with the ability to manage ambiguity and demonstrate results
- Time management and planning skills to meet critical deadlines
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Excellent computer skills required including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Customer service skills/experience is a plus
- Collaborative and a team player
Education Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university as a sophomore or above, pursuing a bachelors degree or in a masters degree program studying Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or another closely related field of study.
