Job Summary:

The IT Product Analyst II is responsible for the design, development, and maintaining of efficient technology-based solutions with the objective to improve productivity, lower operating costs and/or increase revenue. The individual in this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet our business users needs. This position requires a strong foundation in software development, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This is an on-site position at our location in Lynnwood, WA.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide technical support to multiple business applications covering functions such as ERP, CRM, Test and Engineering Software etc.

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using programming languages/technologies such as but not limited to Java, C, Python, JavaScript, etc., Web Service, .Net Framework, Power Automate, Power App and RPA tools and Databases (SQL, Oracle).

  • Collaborate with Vendors, product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards

  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.

  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues and improve performance.

  • Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications in production environments.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.

  • Provide technical support, participate in SOX audits and collaborate with other associates as needed.

  • Create and maintain necessary technical documentation and flowcharts such as data dictionaries, entity relationship diagrams, release notes, etc.

  • Any other task assigned by supervisor or management.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Business or Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • 2-5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on application development.

  • Proficiency in programming languages/technologies e.g. Java, C, Python, JavaScript, etc. and Database development.

  • Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on software such as Shopkeeper. Sage, Epicor etc.

  • Experience with front-end and/or back-end frameworks.

  • Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).

Working Conditions:

  • Standard office environment

  • Work requires substantial visual concentration on detail.

  • Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment.

  • Manufacturing operations may require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to eye safety glasses, gowning, masks, hearing protectors, heel/wrist straps and any other required PPE.

  • May be exposed to unusual environmental conditions such as loud noises, cold temperatures, confined spaces, dust or fumes.

  • Flexible and willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.

  • Requires up to 30 travel to support customers.

  • Standing: 10 *percentage is approximate and may vary depending on work task

  • Sitting:  90 *percentage is approximate and may vary depending on work task

  • Lifting (in pounds):  up to 25 pounds

  • Pushing (in pounds):  up to 25 pounds

Top Benefits:

Salary range: $94,500.00 to $116,900.00.  Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
