Responsibilities
- Integrate and coordinate requirements across capability areas, develop requirements baselines, and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to track requirements through the lifecycle.
- Conduct surveys, interviews and research to gather information, evaluate requirements against business and technical capabilities, and help generate decision packages for leadership.
- Collect and prepare budget data to support leadership briefings and ensure all requirements are properly validated, traceable and aligned to enterprise goals.
- Analyze “as-is” and “to-be” processes, support the development of use cases and test cases, and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with governance and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- 5+ years of experience in requirements analysis, systems engineering, or IT project support, with 3+ years of experience supporting federal or enterprise requirements management.
Preferred qualifications:
- ITIL Foundation, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Requirements Engineering certification (IREB or PMI-PBA) certifications.
