Job Description:

In order to support the international ERP-Team, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for one or more

IT-Expert SAP/ERP (d/w/m)

You will be part of the ERP Delivery Center and will be responsible for national and international SAP solutions based on one or more SAP platforms: S/4 HANA Core, ECC6 and SAP Public Cloud. We want to extend the functional SAP competence center and seek for support in the area of Customer Services (CS) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) as well as for Export Control and Global Trade Services (GTS).

At Airbus Defence & Space we need to cover different business types which results in a very varied and challenging mission for the ERP team.

We are designing end-to-end solutions in ERP in order to benefit from ERP integration of data and processes.

Due to this what counts in the end for us and our internal customers is the common duty fulfilled by multifunctional service and project teams. Your tasks and responsibilities

• Supervise, support & coach the other members of your SAP domain
• Organise your SAP support domain (provide KPI, ensure application of the SLA)
• Close collaboration with Business Key-Users in 2nd / 3rd Level support process for all components of the implemented solutions: SAP standard, customer specific developments, related (technical) job role as well as interface to partner systems
• Further development of already implemented functionalities in S/4 HANA / EEC6 systems in the frame of projects and change requests as part of the service process
• Proactive collaboration inside the competence center for integration aspects (process and data)
• Contribution in the frame of the entire ERP transformation program of Airbus Defence & Space (transformation to S/4 HANA target landscape)
• Support in Fit-Gap-analysis (requirements vs. SAP standard) and contribution in agile implementation process (Agile Release Train) as well as migration projects
• Analysis of SAP product evolution (mainly in S/4 HANA) concerning the applicability of existing requirements. This includes backend as well as SAP FIORI developments.

Required Competencies:

• Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in informatics, business informatics or another area with IT content or certified IT specialist  
• Minimum 3 years of expertise in SAP as functional expert in IT or Business Key User
• Basic knowledge in ABAP/4-programming to easen the collaboration with developers
• German and English fluent is mandatory. Other European languages (French, Spanish) are a plus.
