Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for an Inbound Customer Service Agent – Travel Account. The role involves handling customer inquiries and concerns regarding travel services, ensuring efficient resolution of issues to guarantee customer satisfaction. The agent will provide exceptional service by managing inbound calls, assisting customers with bookings, answering travel-related questions, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Collaboration with other team members to uphold high service standards and maintaining positive customer relationships will be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Graduates in any field
- 0–2 years experience in customer service / call center (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Customer-oriented mindset, professional attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple calls
- Knowledge of travel and tourism is a plus
