Purpose of Position
The Incentive Program Specialist, plays a crucial role in supporting, designing, implementing, and analyzing incentive programs aimed at enhancing department and employee performance, engagement, and overall satisfaction across the Flight Center This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of compensation structures, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth, you will contribute to the overall success of the company and the departmental performance of the employee across the Flight Center.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Incentive Plan Implementation and Management - Track, coordinate and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual incentive results. Work with departmental leaders to ensure incentive results accurately reflect performance and individuals are compensated properly.
  • Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Development - Work with departmental stakeholders to define and establish key performance indicators aligned with organizational goals and department performance.
  • Employee Performance Optimization - Analyze performance metrics and data to identify trends, areas of improvement, measurement, and opportunities for enhancing individual and department performance.
  • Report Development - Create and develop reports regarding key performance indicators that align with company strategy and provide business insights for leaders and individual contributors across the Flight Center.
  • Forecasting and Predictive Analysis - Use statistical models and data analysis techniques to forecast future performance trends. Provide data-driven recommendations and support to Flight Center leaders to influence business outcomes and create a supportive and motivating work environment.

Bachelor's in Business Administration
