Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
- Two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- FAA Drug test requirement
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- PO/contract review for compliance (Ex: check that all applicable documents are enclosed etc.)
- Executes/transacts ERP transactions (WIP material, receiving, internal/external sales orders, repair station entries).
- Runs and produces computer generated reports.
- Processes orders for no quote/quote & go customers and submits via GE Global email box.
- Processes New Exchange orders for “no quote” and “quote & go “customers.
- Knowledge of OEM/RMA process and procedures.
- Knowledge of Repair processes and procedures.
- Ability to handle OEM returns as required.
- Ability to expedite parts/work orders within the departments as required.
- Ability to work closely with Fulfillment, Product Support and Manufacturing Engineer as required.
- Utilizes proper PPE, safety equipment, and follow safety procedures.
- Participates in and assists leading team initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications:
- Two years of college coursework, or Associates degree, or combination of education and equivalent work experience in a self-directed team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Actively participate in a teaming environment that uses lean and 5S practices to improve products and processes.
- Knowledge of basic ERP Skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Proficient communication skills (written and verbal).
- Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed
Physical Demands:
- Ability to continuously use hands and fingers in repetition.
- Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, twist, crouch, squat, climb, and/or balance.
- Ability to continuously sit; ability to occasionally lift to 25 lbs.; ability to push/pull up to 25 lbs.

The pay for this position is $20/hour. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 5/30/25.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
