Why This is an Exciting Role:

As an Integrated Master Scheduler at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics you will be responsible for:

  • Work with developmental and operational teams to develop and maintain detailed, resource loaded schedules for multiple developmental and operational systems.
  • Develop and/or modify project schedules and integrate multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program Schedule.
  • Maintain the Program Master Program Schedule.
  • Assist customer and development teams in developing and maintaining Program Schedules for different audiences (acquisition, high level mission, etc.) based on Master Program Schedule.
  • Maintain status on dependencies with related projects (internal and external to the Program)
  • Maintain schedule(s) version control processes and procedures.
  • Attend SCRUM meetings for all project capturing schedule additions/adjustments

Experience and Qualifications:

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:  

Required Education and Years of Experience: 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field and fifteen (15) years performing and providing technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of complex hardware/software systems to include requirements elicitation, analysis, and functional allocation, conducting systems requirements reviews, developing concepts of operation and interface standards, developing system architectures, and performing technical/non-technical assessment and management as well as end-to-end flow analysis.
  • At least seven (7) years leading, providing technical supervision, and guiding mid-level engineering personnel; solving varied technical/scientific problems; and generating and reviewing designs for technical accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness considering objectives, budget, and schedule.

Required Qualifications: ​

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Bachelors degree and typically 12 or more years related work experience
  • Experience with Integrated Master Scheduling
  • Experience with Scheduling and integrating Agile Development Practices and Teams
  • Experience with Microsoft Project is required.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Innovative thinker with good problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Jira (Advanced Roadmaps) and Confluence products.

Summary Pay Range:

Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

$120,000 - $145,700
