What are we doing at ADP - Skunk Works?
This is an exciting opportunity for an Agile Methodology and Planning Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support ADP Special Programs. This position will support activities as a liaison/interface between Internal/External Stakeholders focused on agile modeling and integration with the Program Road Map and Integrated Master Schedule. Provide technical assistance in development, deployment, and implementation of processes, training, and tools in support of the Program Planning discipline, resolving schedule conflicts, and ensuring accurate program performance reporting.

***Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and must be able to obtain a Secret clearance within 6 months of the start date. ***

**This role will have occasional travel to other facilities

Basic Qualifications:
Industry Certifications: Agility Health Facilitator, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Scrum Alliance Scrum Master

Expert in Agile (SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum) Methodologies and Framework including both Waterfall and Spiral development approaches and utilization of JIRA.
Experience working across agile teams and leading PI Planning
Experience developing/maintaining complex Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis

Experience with Deltek Open Plan, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or other Scheduling Tool

Bachelors Degree or above from an accredited college
Desired Skills:
Program Management
Experience in the Development, Production and Sustainment lifecycle Program phases

Knowledge of integration of supplier schedules and assessment of supplier performance

Experience to succinctly communicate with leadership and customers

Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $107,400 - $205,900 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $123,500 - $232,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
