Our RMS Security and Emergency Services (SES) team plays a vital role in protecting the organization and ensuring the security and safety of our programs and people globally.

The Work
This position can be located at any large U.S. RMS site identified below and will support the centralized RMS Counterintelligence and Investigations team. Due to the dynamic environment, the incumbent may be required to travel domestically and internationally and may need to work some flexible shifts for mission needs. US citizenship and a DoD security clearance are required for this position.
Basic Qualifications:
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following efforts including but not limited to:

• Experience in analysis and research for industry infrastructure, and/or operational intelligence analysis experience.
• Extensive knowledge in Intelligence Analysis / Risk Integration / Supply Chain Analysis and related threat mitigations with a degree in applicable studies or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in analytical report writing and presenting findings to decision makers.
• Self-starter with proven skills and impeccable ethical standards.
• Well versed with preparing assessments of current events based on sophisticated collection, research, and analysis of open source information.
• Capable of interpreting specific Government policies and procedures
relating to the field such as the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual
(NISPOM), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and others.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration or organizational skills.

• Advance / well refined analytical and organizational skills are essential.
• Specific experience in operational intelligence threat analysis and mitigation.
• Demonstrated ability to verbally articulate complex issues to a broad variety of audiences.
• Ability to use complex analytical tools to draw conclusions and develop proactive responses.
• Experience in conducting complex analytical research and presenting succinct conclusions and recommendations.
• Experience in developing and managing an extensive professional network.
• In-depth knowledge / ability with Open-Source Intelligence collection and analysis.
• Superior communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
