Intern Business System Analyst (CRM domain)
Job Description:

Ryanair Labs are currently recruiting for an Intern Business System Analyst (CRM domain) to join Europes Largest Airline Group!
Ryanair Labs is the technology brand of Ryanair. Labs is a state-of-the-art digital & IT innovation hub creating Europes Leading Travel Experience for our customers.

We are launching a 3 months paid IT Internship Program which will give you the opportunity to work within the Ryanair Labs Team. After successful completion there will be a possibility of extending the cooperation on civil contract / contract of employment for next 9 months and prospect of staying with us long term! We are looking for people open for at least 1 year cooperation with us.
 

Key Responsibilities

CRM & System Analysis

  • Support analysis of CRM platforms and service desk tools (e.g. ticketing workflows, forms, fields, automations).
  • Assist in reviewing CRM features, limitations, and configuration complexity.
  • Help identify usability, configuration, and operational gaps in CRM systems.

Documentation & Process Support

  • Document existing workflows, automations, and system configurations.
  • Assist in preparing summaries from meetings, demos, and workshops with internal teams or external vendors.
  • Maintain clear documentation for integrations, constraints, and dependencies.

Operational & Data Support

  • Support investigation of ticket data issues (e.g. duplicate tickets, customer ID inconsistencies, PNR‑related cases).
  • Help validate CRM data quality and basic reporting outputs.
  • Assist with testing system changes, configurations, or new features.

Vendor & Tool Evaluation Support

  • Support preparation of evaluation notes related to scalability, API usage, admin usability, and operational risk.
  • Help track questions, follow‑ups, and action items related to CRM tools and integrations.

Cross‑Team Collaboration

  • Work with analysts, developers, and operations teams to understand system requirements.
  • Support communication between business and technical stakeholders.

What the Intern will learn

  • How enterprise CRM systems are configured, scaled, and maintained.
  • How to analyse real production issues and system limitations.
  • How to work with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • How business requirements translate into system design and technical constraints.
  • Practical exposure to process improvement and operational risk analysis.
Requirements

Must‑Have

  • Student or recent graduate in IT, Business Analysis, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear documentation.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to investigate issues thoroughly.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Basic understanding of CRM or ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Interest in system integrations, APIs, and automation.
  • Experience with Excel, data analysis, or basic reporting.
  • Curiosity about process optimization and user experience.
