Description:Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time experienced professional Inventory Manager & Planner. In this role, you will perform inventory management functions necessary to ensure ready for issue inventory to support Flight Test Operations, production demands, and spare requirements; analyze usage trends and inventory movements to prevent shortages and shortfalls; and perform Life of Type calculations to support life of the program. The successful candidate will have these skills: identify risks and opportunities as well as the ability to perform long-range analyses. Candidate must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or other related degree from an accredited university/college or equivalent, combined education/experience.
• Computer proficiency in Excel
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Experience using ERP/SAP system or other Material Requirements Planning systems.
• Experience with FBM.
• Strong Time Management and Multi-Tasking Skills.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and can handle multiple projects at once.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
