Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Junior Administrator (Chargeback Department) to join Europes largest Airline Group.

Suitable for a recent graduate and no previous experience is necessary and there will be full training provided. 

Duties include:

• Process daily chargeback files from Acquirers.
• Review eligibility of chargeback for representment. 
• Collect, prepare necessary documentation necessary defending chargeback dispute.
• Adhere and Maintain extensive knowledge of card scheme rules, regulations, timeframes relating to chargeback, arbitration and compliance cases. 
• Liaise with fraud team with respect to fraudulent cases
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Chargeback Team Manager

• Excellent analytical and probllem solving skills
• High degree of initiative. 
• Profiecent in Microsoft Excel and word essential.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
