We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with an interest in aviation and strong data analysis skills. As a Junior Crew Planner-Analyst, you’ll be part of our Crew Planning team, responsible for ensuring seamless, efficient, and timely preparation of flight schedules for our pilots and cabin crew.
We will entrust you to Prepare full-cycle next month duty plans for Crew members
Manage crew allocation
Analyze optimized crew rosters to improve operational stability, efficiency and reduce fatigue
Collaborate with other departments to distribute crew resources across flights, office duties, recurrent trainings and vacations
Analyze crew feedback for further improvements
What you will need to succeed University degree or final year studies in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, IT or equivalent experience
Strong analytical, problem solving and business judgment skills
Demonstrated skills in data analysis and data quality assurance
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Abitlity to adapt to change and uncertainty in a dynamic work environment
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated with attention to detail
Fluent in English and Latvian
