We are looking for a Junior IT User Support Specialist! You will be part of the team responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to airBaltic employees.

We will entrust you toServe as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, helpdesk system, or in person
Resolve Cabin and Flight Crew, maintenance, and office employee queries
Effectively escalate complex issues to the support personnel for prompt resolution
Prepare, maintain, and manage Cabin and Flight Crew electronic “flight bag” (iPad)
What you will need to succeedIT or similar education
Knowledge of Windows, computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues
Basic networking knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Customer-oriented personality
Proficiency in Latvian and English
