As a Junior Process Analyst (Shared Services), youll be responsible for assisting senior analysts in analyzing and improving IT shared services processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness within an enterprise environment. This role supports the documentation of current workflows, the identification of inefficiencies, and the implementation of streamlined solutions by collaborating with various stakeholders and collecting and analyzing data. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and be eager to learn and apply process improvement methodologies.
Duties:
- Assist in analyzing existing business processes and documenting current state workflows and procedures.
- Help gather and analyze data to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Support the creation of process maps and documentation.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support the design of new or improved processes.
- Aid in the implementation of process changes and new systems, ensuring they align with business needs.
- Help develop performance metrics and monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations on process performance and improvement initiatives for stakeholders.
- Provide support to users and stakeholders during process changes and ensure new processes are understood and followed.
- Learn and apply process improvement methodologies and industry best practices to support the teams work.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team to support the Shared Services function
