Learn and understand how each process and IT services functions

Ensure IT services availability in line with to SLA (Service-level agreement)

Analyze system incidents’ root causes and initiate changes

Be 2nd level IT support contact person for Technical department

Coordinate and plan system security updates, certificate renewals, and release upgrades

Develop and maintain system documentation, including registers and technical records

University degree in IT; can be final year student

Strong analytical, problem solving and business judgmental skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel

Good knowledge of SQL or strong motivation to learn

Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Latvian and English
