As Lead Master Scheduling & Planning Specialist you will be responsible for the demand management and Production Planning within the GE Program Framework. Essential Responsibilities
Ensure Production Plan alignment to Customer Requirements for all Avio Aero plants
Weekly Customer Demand download and Purchase Order management
Customer Demand analysis vs plant capacity/feasibility
Drive engine volume changes and components scheduling discussions with all the other internal functions involved (Program Management, Fulfillment, MRP controllers and Sourcing) to guarantee feasible plans in SAP
Interact with global team based in Cincinnati (Master Schedulers, Planners, Forecasters and Configuration Managers) through periodic calls and meetings
Accountability for short and long term planning both on Avio Aero system (SAP) and on GE Aerospace system (Oracle – Advanced Planning System)
Responsibility over the main Company KPIs (inventory, delinquency, On Time Delivery and output metrics) both at Avio Aero and at GE Aerospace
Proactively support cross-functional improvement projects
Qualification/Requirements
Degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial/Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering
Previous experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain environment
Previous experience in manufacturing engineering and/or quality and/or fulfillment and/or planning or program manager/sourcing role
Familiar with SAP
Strong interpersonal skills and international team-working attitude
Sense of urgency, accuracy and attention to the details attitude
Fluent in English and Italian, both oral and written
Work Visa in accordance with local regulation is required

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Prior end-item planning or material scheduling experience
Influencing skills within a matrix organization
Availability to travel
Basic Knowledge of Oracle environment
