Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance to regulations required at point of production.
  • Perform audits to ensure compliance with GE Aerospace policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate adherence to AS9100/AS9110/AS9120 standards and regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA, CAAC, UK CAA).
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems and processes.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and maintain accurate records of findings and corrective actions.
  • Ensure timely communication of audit results to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on quality standards and auditing practices.
  • Support the development of robust quality processes across the organization.

Required Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university and a minimum of 3 years of Quality/Manufacturing experience
  • OR a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality/Manufacturing experience.
  • For current GE Aerospace employees, a QEP Level 2 certification is required.
  • Must be able to travel up to 50.

  • Strong knowledge of AS9100/AS9110/AS9120 standards and regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA, CAAC, UK CAA).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay and Benefits:

  • The salary range for this position is $81,900.00 - 109,200.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan.
