Utilize your logistics expertise in an operations environmentfor the Honeywell Aerospace Technologies Ground Support Solutions (GSS) team.You will be accountable for supply chain services in support of improved customerOTTR, past due burn down and inventory control. You will collaborate with teammembers to drive solutions to issues related to critical parts availability,material handling, receiving, inspection, import-export licensing, shipment ofproducts, and third-party warehousing & crating. You will provide leadershipduring daily Honeywell Operating System (HOS) meetings and provide dataanalysis for shipment planning and volume studies; and participate in process/productivityimprovement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of a daily GSS Operations traffic/Tier meeting.
  • Collaborate with configuration mgt & GSS dashboard developersto improve functionality.
  • Review of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly demand; takeproactive steps to improve OTTR.
  • Prioritize & schedule units for shipment for OTTR andpast due burn down.
  • Collaborate with Traffic & Distribution Admin./Quality/Engineering/Config.Mgt.
  • Provide back up support to Traffic & Distribution Admin.
  • Monitor inbound/outbound shipments.
  • Investigate missed shipments for RCCA.
  • Drive opportunities to reduce stuck inventory.
  • Use GSS Dashboard for daily prioritization of work.
  • Convert planned to production orders for hardware/software/manuals.
  • Generate SAP COOIS report; obtain software & manuals tosupport shipments.
  • Ensure document retention for all shipments in support ofinternal/external audits.
  • Manage supplier documentation via Dexcenter - Documentumstorage.
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • High School Diploma
  • US Citizenship due to Contractual requirements.
  • Some experience in Logistics or relevant functions inIntegration Supply Chain.
  • SAP experience.
  • Willingness to work on-site; this is not a virtual/work fromhome position.

WE VALUE:

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Some analytical skill.
  • Motivated, self-starter.
  • Prior shop floor experience in a Union environment.
  • Think independently and handle multiple projects through tocompletion.
  • Excellent collaboration and influence with management,colleagues, and cross function team members.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • MS Office experience (especially Excel & Outlook).
